Refund policy

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

● UPI

● Credit/Debit Cards

● Net Banking

● Digital Wallets

● Cash on Delivery (COD)

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

● COD is available for orders up to ₹2,500 only.

● A non-refundable COD handling charge of ₹99 applies to COD orders.

3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed, a confirmation will be shared via Email or WhatsApp, along with order details.

4. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Bella N Bloom does not store any payment details.

5. Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted due to a failed transaction, the refund will be processed automatically by the payment provider within 5–7 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

● Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing the order.

After the allowed time window or once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY


3-Day Return/Exchange Window

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery of the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

● Returns are not available for COD orders.

● Only exchange is permitted.

● Delivery charges and COD handling charges are non-refundable.

2. Prepaid Orders

● Both returns and exchanges are allowed for prepaid orders.

● Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Return Eligibility

To request a return or exchange:

● A valid reason must be provided.

● Clear product images must be shared as proof of issue/damage.

● Products found to be used, damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

● Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and all included components.

● If the product fails the quality check, the return/refund request will be declined.

4. Packaging Guidelines

Customers must pack the product securely in the same manner as it was originally delivered. Proper repackaging is essential to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refund Process

● Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

● Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the standard processing time.
