SHIPPING POLICY

● Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

● Standard delivery timeline: 5–10 business days.

● Express delivery timeline: 3–5 business days.

● Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

Bella N Bloom is not responsible for courier delays caused by logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

For urgent or time-bound delivery requests, customers may email us and mention the requirement in the order notes. We will try our best to accommodate the request; however, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Logistics Partners

Orders within India are shipped through trusted logistics providers such as:

● Delhivery

● XpressBees

● Amazon Shipping

Delivery is subject to the serviceability of these courier partners. If a location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Cancellation & Delivery Attempts

● Cancellation requests must be emailed within 4 hours of order placement.

● Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

● Refunds will not be processed if:

○ The order is cancelled at the doorstep, or

○ There have been three failed delivery attempts by the courier partner.
